Sale Agreement The purchase of a rabbit from Burriss' Bunnies implies your consent to the following sales policies: SALE PROCEDURE ⦁ All sales are handled on a first come, first served basis. ⦁ A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a rabbit. The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup. Once a deposit is made it’s only for that rabbit it can’t be transferred to another rabbit. ⦁ Your rabbit most be picked up within 24 hours of ready date unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Once arrangments have been made for pick up, it is important you be on time. It is your responsibility to communicate if not able to pick up or be on time. If the rabbit has not been picked up within this amount of time, the deposit will be forfeited and the rabbit will be placed back up for sale. If you reach out after this time frame to pick up and the rabbit is still available there will be a charge of $5 per day we had to keep the rabbit added to your balance. We will make a appointment when your bunny is ready to go for you to pick up. Please keep your appointment and be on time. We will charge a $20 fee if you do not show up to your appointment on time. The fee will also apply if you reschedule last minute. And if for any reason you decide you do not want to pay that fee you will lose your deposit for the rabbit. *We will ask you for pictures of your setup to make sure that you have an adequate home for the bunnies. If your home is not adequate and we will ask you to purchase something else. If for any reason you refuse to purchase an adequate home you will forfeit your deposit. GENERAL POLICIES ⦁ Burriss’ Bunnies does not sell rabbits under the age of 8 weeks old..No exceptions. It is ILLEGAL to sell rabbits younger than 8 weeks of age in the state of Maryland. ⦁ No sales will be made to children under the age of 18 without a parent or guardian present at the time of sale. I support and encourage youth breeders, but want to make sure an adult is aware of the exchange. ⦁ As we’re working with live animals, I reserve the right to refuse a sale at any time, for any reason. If I cancel a sale, any deposits received will be refunded. • We do our very best at sexing the bunnies  although mistakes do happen and sexes can change. We do not guarantee the sex of your bunny . HEALTH GUARANTEE I will not be held responsible for veterinary or medical costs. Please inspect your rabbit(s) upon pickup to ensure that they meet your expectations. It is your responsibility to inspect the rabbit at the time of pick up. ALL RABBITS ARE HEALTHY TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE WHEN THEY LEAVE. We will not be held responsible if the rabbit becomes sick or dies in your care. Rabbits can stress very easily. Rabbits can have mites. Rabbits don’t require vet care over all but we do suggest taking your bunny to the vet for a check up. LIFETIME RETURN POLICY While I hope that the rabbits I raise are going to forever homes, I understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you find that you can no longer provide the care your rabbit needs, please contact me immediately. I welcome back any rabbit I've sold, at any time, free of charge, no questions asked. When buying from Burriss' Bunnies, you gain lifetime support and advice. I love my rabbits very much and am happy to answer any questions you have over the lifetime of your rabbit. Burriss' Bunnies offers no implied guarantees regarding the purchase of rabbits listed for sale. Guarantees are specifically limited to this policy.
